We’ll have daily tastings and demonstrations and two days of classes at CPH Foodspace. These classes are designed to teach you about modern Danish cooking in a professional environment. We’re working with Kitchen Collective to create a truly one of a kind experience for foodies and casual enjoyers alike.
Copenhagen’s culinary boom shows no signs of slowing, with several Michelin starred restaurants within its limits. Each experience has been designed to be both informative and enjoyable. We’re connecting you with local chefs and personalities beyond the reach of a typical tourist.
Some things we’re working on; two days of classes at CPH Foodspace, tours of Torvehallerne with your personal chef, bicycle tour of Copenhagen, day trips to the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and Kronborg castle. Private Schnapps tastings, a wine pairing, and a nightly curated menu, just for this group, by two dynamic local chefs, Niclas and Rolf.
